Used car dealer Willie Best has seen his business in decline for months, so he decides to take a more hands-on approach. While roaming the lot one day he notices a customer looking at a few of the vehicles. Upon meeting her, Willie makes a bad judgement call thinking she can not afford any of the cars she is interested in. Finally, he gets tired of her questions and demands she leaves the lot. Unfortunately for him, the customer is a powerful journalist and television executive who is willing to use this incident to shine a light on the dealer’s unjust and racist practices.
