Houston's RICHEST Black Woman’s MASSIVE Mansion Is NEXT LEVEL 🤯

Houston’s RICHEST Black Woman’s MASSIVE Mansion Is NEXT LEVEL. Houston is famously known as an energy and space city, but it is also home to a staggering concentration of wealth controlled by powerful Black women. From a public relations powerhouse managing a $17.5 billion infrastructure empire to the most awarded artist in Grammy history, these titans are quietly reshaping the city’s economic landscape.

– Beyoncé Knowles-Carter: With an estimated net worth of $800 million, she commands her empire through her fully integrated management company, Parkwood Entertainment. She owns a massive $200 million Malibu compound and has amassed a record-breaking 35 Grammy Awards. Following her “buy the block” philosophy, she actively invests back into Houston’s Third Ward by purchasing property and funding local economic infrastructure.
– Tina Knowles Lawson: The financial foundation of the Knowles-Carter empire actually started in her Third Ward hair salon, Headliners, which generated the real-world revenue to fund Beyoncé’s early career. She later elevated Southern glamour to a global scale by building two fashion labels, House of Dereon and Miss Tina by Tina Knowles.
– Eileen Lawal: Operating far outside the public eye, she co-owns 80% of CAMAC International, a massive Houston-based energy conglomerate. At its peak, the company reported astounding revenues of $2.43 billion on the Black Enterprise 100 list.
– Argentina James: Through her firm Hillday Public Relations, she has managed and supported $17.5 billion worth of infrastructure and economic development projects in Houston.
– Stephanie Murphy: As the CEO and Executive Chairman of Aegis Aerospace, she provides spaceflight product development and engineering services. She operates within a booming commercial space market that generated $9 billion in revenue in 2024.
– Dr. Kelly LeBlanc & Dr. Kathy C. Flanagan: Dr. LeBlanc is a physician partner at United States Anesthesia Partners, the absolute largest anesthesia group in Houston. Meanwhile, Dr. Flanagan has run a private psychiatric practice since 1990, consulting for the NFL and sitting on the board of the prestigious Menninger Clinic.
– Margo Jordan: Her innovative startup, Enrichly, combines artificial intelligence and behavioral science to build self-esteem in young students. This powerful work landed her on the 2025 Inc. Female Founders 500 list.
